Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and securely placed in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to pick up the item from your residence or provide instructions for drop-off.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
